Alexander is a Vancouver-born theatre artist and musician who is currently based in London. Praised for his 'chameleon-like transformations' and 'thrilling fearlessness', Alexander’s UK credits include Friar Laurence in Romeo and Juliet (Jackinabox), Carter in Earthquakes in London (Broadway Studio Catford), and Thomas Novacheck in the UK premiere of Venus in Fur (Tristan Bates).

His Canadian credits include: J. Bruce Ismay in Titanic, John Jasper in Drood, Stephen Bellamy in Farragut North, and Wong in A Good Woman of Setzuan, as well as award-winning turns as Salieri in Amadeus and the title role in Sweeney Todd.

Passionate about new music, Alexander has performed premieres of choral works by R. Murray Schafer, Jonathan Dove and Eric Whitacre, as well as the chamber operas Hover, Supernatural Noir and The Oval.

Alexander received his acting training at LAMDA, and holds a BA in Music and Maths from UBC.
